Free to good home Maytag A207 W/D Harvest Gold

Hi all! I am looking for a good home for my matching vintage harvest gold Maytag washer and dryer. The model number on the washer is A207. They both work. I bought this set at an estate sale and have been using them for the past 2 years.

They are in good condition for their age. There is a bit of rust at the bottom of the washer but you can't tell unless you inspect it really close. The settings on the washer are gentle and perm press. The washer is a robin egg blue color in the inside.

The price is right.. FREE. I want them to go to a collector or someone who likes vintage appliances like me. They may need a bit of tune up but they both work in the meantime.

i guess maybe i should have responded through this message thread, so that others could see that i have already contacted this member, regarding this maytag washer & dryer set. but i have been emailing with the member "HelloGorg" for a couple of days now. i sent her a private email the same day that she posted this message thread.

and as for now, i am waiting to hear back from her so that i can get the shipping set up, to have these shipped to me.

i'm sorry bob, but when i read this message thread, i had to jump on it. it's exactly what i had been hoping to find, a washer with a thorough yet gentle delicate washing cycle. and i couldn't wait & let these pass me by.

yes, i am actually very excited about getting these. i've even watched a few youtube videos of the maytag's washing action. i can't wait to get these. i will definitely post on here & let you know when i get them & i'll also post pics for everyone to see my new (to me) maytags. from the pictures i've seen, i think they're beautiful!!!
