Ok.. Why was it replaced?? I know why the fire hazard dryer was (whcih i am still convinced something from salvation army would work)... Curiosity

The FL is better suited for washing dog beds, blankets, and king-sized comforters. Also, there is no thinking about 'water level' options with a FL.

As stated, the ex knows nothing about doing laundry.
