Fried Fish!

I hardly ever fix fish of any description, but flounder filets were on sale so I bought some, so, here is the flounder, breaded with a mixture of corn meal and flour, french fries, hush puppies and some Stanly county Slaw...The cleanup was the hardest part.

Yum!  Next time ya'll are up this way there is a new restaurant out on 70 close to 321 called Jak's Shak.  The fish is absolutely delicious!  Matter of fact, just about everything there is good.
