Does anyone have pictures of these washers including the insides? How do they work? How do they wash? I've never seen one in person.

Come and see it wash-spin, it actually worked pretty well because the tub was fairly small, you certainly could not put 5 pairs of really dirty work jeans in it and get them washed uniformly however.

I'm assuming that's a fabric softener dispenser mounted to the top of the agitator; have never seen one being used on a Skinny Mini. A friend had one in his rented house and it was fun to watch. The plastic tub was a bit of an oddity back in the day, as well.
Also: A photo of a Skinny Mini belonging to AW member Rich (golittlesport) and a link to the 2004 thread it came from.

the Frigidaire Agi-tub or the Suzy Homemaker toy, which had the same type tub/agitator all-in-one? The toy came out in 1966. What about the Frigidaire?
I was always disappointed with my toy as a kid, as I thought it should have separate agitator action! Another member here mentioned the same a while back.
For those who have never seen this toy, here's a video taken back in 2012 before I had a mobile phone with a good camera!

Not out of the realm of possibility, John.
Never knew the tub was NOT stationary till I found out here, years back; still have trouble seeing it move. What a sweet happy little bugger is the Agitator Tub.

When I was a kid, I was fascinated by Suzy Homemaker washers! My neighbor had one (that was in the late seventies / early eighties when I was 3-4 years old). I wanted one badly and there was a store who sold sports items, toys and electronics that was known as “the museum” in town as they had NOS stock in boxes of everything they sold 20 years before. It’s owner was the mayor of our town and he was blind. He once got hit by a car as he crossed the street from the electronics store to the sports store. I bought plenty of stuff from this store in late eighties and early nineties (including a NOS Dual 1228 turntable that I had paid $150 for) but about 10 years before, my parents had got me as a gift a crank operated washer with an orange tub and a clear lid at that store instead of the Suzy Homemaker I wanted! They also got me a toy vacuum cleaner at that store, that one was battery operated at least! It didn’t do much more than noise though!

although you had to gauge how much bulk you put in. The roll-over was surprisingly good.
The over-flow rinsing did a good job,too.
When they were new I never paid them much mind as I thought they were kind of cheap and gadgety with the plastic tub. But, after watching them in action a few times I was really impressed. They were pretty tough, too, as old ones still show-up in working condition.
I don't know how you could reasonably compare them to the dreaded SQ TR series since they did not design a 1-18 Syncro-Swing that I am aware of.
