Possibly, but others here will know for sure. The main give-away about the dryer is the door, that's definitely a GM Frigidaire dryer. When WCI bought the name, they switched the cabinet to a typical WCI configuration/door.

That harvest shading was 1970's ..want to say 1972-3 maybe? Thanks again, Lawrence.

The dryer is a 1974-75 DIA or a 1976-77 DEI. This model has the automatic cycle and "Press Saver" feature but it still lacks the lighted panel, drum light and a few other features from the Custom Imperial model. The 1978 models (made after September of 1977) didn't have the shading, Harvest Gold was replaced by "Wheat" and the darker color from the Harvest Gold shading was used on all the cabinet.

Fridgidare Stack Laundry Center - works GREAT! - $250 (N/W
maybe not exciting, but it seems clean overall, but has the door yellowed, ya think?
ad: " For sale is this Fridgidare Laundry Center model # LC-248J. This is an older stack washer/dryer combo unit that worked GREAT. This unit is 65 3/4" high, 24" wide and 27 1/8" deep. The washer is a 3 cycle washer (reg., delicate & perm press). It has 4 wash/rinse temp combos. It also has 2 agitate speeds & 2 spin speeds. The dryer has an auto dry cycle & a 4 positioion fabric selector. Photos don't really show the colors, but this is an autumn, wheat & white combo unit. This unit has a 120/240 or 120/208 v 3 wire setup. This unit weighs about 200 pounds. If you have any questions or would like to see this washer/dryer, PLEASE call

This Laundry Center is a WCI-made model without the GM Synchro-Swing transmission or the one-piece agitub. It's very similar to the previous GM model but it has an extra knob on the right on the control panel. The picture showing the agitator and tub also help! The dryer is still the fire hazard that was featured in the previous GM models!
Probably the worst thing that GM made but one of the very few things that WCI left unchanged after they took over! (the other thing that was almost unchanged was the Amana-sourced microwave ovens but these were OK!).

That Electri-Clean Compact 30 looks great. It's a 1976 or newer REG-533CH.

I've never see one with the clock/timing center in that location, facing up, rather than a "tower" in the back corner. But it's beautiful--chrome/stainless and black!!

Definitely "on" "something" for asking $3750. It's beautiful though. I don't recall seeing one with the black base as well as back sides!!

My comment: How can it be nearly museum ready…isn't that a paint chip the size of dollar coin on the lower left bottom?

Thanks Phil for posting these!
Often when these ovens suddenly stopped working, someone one had knocked the Cookmaster dial out of the MAN position when cleaning or when setting the minute timer.
