Beautiful!

I remember that set well, my Cousin had a identical set in white when I was a kid, she has never had anything sense that she even remotely likes!

Oh my Goodness what a beautiful set!!!
Amazing!
Are you going to sleep next to them tonight?
Wonderful!
Brent

I think your right Vern!

I thought the car was a mid-1970's Thunderbird but it looks like it's a Marquis (or Grand Marquis?)!

Like the one John Candy was driving in Uncle Buck!

I did hear Uncle Buck speaking French but I had no idea he was also speaking German! LOL

A friend of mine used to have a darker green 4 door post Grand Marquis from the mid seventies, I really liked it!

Aferim!

What a beautiful set of machines; enjoy them in good health!

Of course, it would have been better if I had gotten them, but I was feeling cash poor this summer and have to have faith that someday, my Rollermatics (with buttons instead of dials and in-panel dispensers, of course) will come along.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

on that beautiful turquoise frigidaire pair!!! they look awesome! what a buy!!!

so happy for you on this side of the computer!!!

;o)

Phil!

I love Uncle Buck! One of my all time favorite John Candy movies and I loved his car! When I saw the car behind the Frigidaires, the first thought that came to mind was the Mercury. It's gotta be.

Jeff

Lol thanks. I grew up around those cars as well as it's cousin, the Ford LTD Landau. We had a 77. Beautiful cars you have! Does the Mercury have the big 460 C.I.D. V-8? Our LTD had that engine. Loved the power that car had.
