Gathering in MA

Hey all,

Rich and I are trying to get all our ducks in a row for the various days and evenings, so we'd like to get a rough head count for each of them as soon as you know that you can make it. As a reminder, here's what's planned:

THURSDAY evening (7/12)- if anyone's around, c'mon over for dinner.

FRIDAY (7/13)- Brimfield excursion from about 8am 'til 2 or 3pm.

FRIDAY evening- dinner (JAMBALAYA!)

SATURDAY (7/14)- 10AM-??? The gathering including Yankee Swap and flea market! Hot dogs/hamburgers for lunch and chicken on the grill for dinner.

SUNDAY AM (7/15)- if anyone's around, c'mon over for breakfast.

I will be there with bells on! What to bring to the yankee swap?? I have no idea... Oh... But my hotel res. are thursday night, friday nigth and saturday night, will leave at 6 am sunday for the 12 or so hour drive home.

I wish...

it could be a real BLAST, i.e. some good fireworks! Unfortunately they're illegal in MA, and the only things I found in PA were basicaly ground fountains. I miss my bottle rockets and M-80's!!!!!!

Not a happy moment

I regret to inform every once again my health has decided to intervene at the worst possible moment. I am headed to michigen tommrow to see a specilist about my liver. I am going to be involved in a medical study and such between duke and another teaching facility there.. They decided today, after my blood work up (and as i had the car packed ready to roll out)to send me there as my liver panel was elveated (billy rubens, and iron and potassium and something else).. I am not happy right now. Yall have a great party and i will be there in spirit.. Maybe one day i will get to one..

We had a very fun dinner here tonight with Vacboy88 (Evan) and Pete(ski), and are looking forward to hitting Brimfield tomorrow, as well as a small gaggle of folks for Jambalaya!!!

We'll try to get a few photos in for those of you who couldn't make it!
