A later model with regular shelves. It appears to have the revolving crisper though, and the all-important butter conditioner. I wonder if these smaller models still used the hot gas defrost system by this time.
This is about 10 minutes from me. It has a separate ad on Craigslist.

30 1/2" Wide GE 1961-2 Bottom freezer ref
They still had swing out ref shelves at this time on the fancier models, we just finished restoring a 1964 with swing out shelves, I will try to remember to post some pictures.
All GE bottom freezer refs had Hot-Gas-Defrost till the last few years in the early 70s and only the 30 1/2 " smaller models had an electric defrost heater, the better larger 34" wide refs all had HGD.

My grandmother had this exact fridge but I seem to recall the butter compartment being in the center of the refrigerator door not at the very bottom.
I'm still flabbergasted that someone would think a paint brush job would be acceptable. Unbelievable.
Not all brushed-on paint jobs are created equal, as witnessed by Rick's recent '49 Kelvinator thread.
It might still be worth checking out, even though a new coat of paint hardly translates to "newly refurbished."
