Although these are not TOL, the washer is the nicest standard capacity model that GE offered.  Note the text on the upper left top of the console - Heavy Duty Large Capacity.  If this were the larger-capacity machine it would be called Extra Large Capacity.  This one does have 3 speed combinations and a mini-basket.  Nice machine.
