Good price, and it looks like it has its pin.
I recently replaced one of those. BE SURE YOU REPLACE THE "RELAY" OR ELSE THE MOTOR WILL BURN OUT. I don't know which relay and I don't know why it ruins the motor, but it does and now I need a new motor.
As for the clutch, the whole thing spins around and the speed selection solenoid will either catch, or not catch, one of the little arms sticking out the bottom of the clutch assembly. This either prevents, or allows, the guts to spin. Somehow this causes 2 speeds. There is a 1950s GE repair manual scanned on the main page which explains it, but I really can't understand how it works.
Still, if your Filter Flo sounds like a rock tumbler, replace the clutch and belt (It's easy) and it will purr along quietly. With water sloshing through the Filter Flo system, it sounds like one of those relaxation fountains.
Happy Floing,
Dave
