Launderess, somewhere about I have an ad I think for a floor cleaner or perhaps a then new no wax floor, which depicted a number of housewives, brushes and etc in hand, and the caption read the same as yours! I thought it was quite creative.

These polishers are wonderful, to be outdone only by the Floor A Matics that have the added benefit of vacuuming the scrubwater from the floor.

By the way what is up with the stars in people's names now? Is Ebay now in the habit of keeping bidder identities confidential?

For all and sundry sorts of appliances and cleaners were always admonishing women to "stop" doing something the old way (usually with hard manual labour), and switch to a modern appliance. Thor told ladies to "be seated" and iron the new way with their Gladiron ironers, instead of standing at an ironing board.

As for fleaBay, yes bidders ID's are now jumbled. IIRC only the winning bidder's ID is fully spelled out, and that may only be to the seller. There are more changes as well, you can read about them in eBays TOS.

Apparently the idea is to stop fraud such as fake second chance offers and the like.

Pour moi, it complicates my posting listings I spot that might be of interest to members. Had a pretty good list of eBay bidders who were members, and tried hard not to post listings where a member had staked his position,but now cannot tell who is who anymore.
