Was looking at a 1952 Ranch home with my brother tonight.
The Kitchen was remodeled at some point, and it had this 36” Hardwick stove in the kitchen along with a Nautilus hood.

Just curious about the age of the Stove, and the quality of Hardwick.

BTW the original 40” RCA Stove was in the basement for canning.

Just my experience.........

Hardwick is good quality. We had a Maytag badge gas Hardwick from 1986 to 1995, when we sold the house. Easy to use, easy to clean. Oven thermostat was one of the most accurate.

My last home in Birmingham had a Hardwick very similar to the one you are asking about, and it was from the mid-1970's.  It was Harvest with the woodgrain trim.  I'm not a "serious" cook so I'm no authority, but the range seemed fine to me.
