Has Anyone Used Excello Detergent?

Greeting All!
I could not pass this up- only one dollar at the local cheap shop. How do folks think it rates? It's pretty low sudsing, and has a nice scent. It reminds me of Dash (remember that brand, only 3/4 cup?).

Sheer lunacy.

What is wrong with manufacturing it a little closer to home?

How can the user be sure that it doesn't have an inferior formulation?

There was a fraud thing going on in the UK recently, regarding flooding the market with fake Persil.
