We had one of these from 86 to around 1990. It replaced a much loved A3110 that we killed with over work. I hated having to wait for the light to move to the correct programme. One slip and you had to wait again. the controller panel went a couple of times due to condensation as mum loved her whites programme. It was replaced by the ever clicking logic with the silly wheel control.

Without a doubt it's the best machine i've ever had, it just seems to get better & better the older it gets. I swap & change the machines every so often but i always look forward to having this classic machine back in the Kitchen. I never get tired of it!!!

I have a Hoover Logic Premier Washer Dryer A8576, another example of the "ever clicking logic with the silly wheel control" it's a great machine & technically it's a thumb dial.
I've had the Logic Premier running properly since August 2011 (Purchased 31st March 2011, it arrived to me on 12th April 2011), great machine. The EcoLogics/Logics are better than the Electrons by a long way.
The clicking sequence at the start of the programme's a unique feature that define these machines from any other make/model.
I've a friend, who lives in Scotland, who's a Hoover/Servis fanatic, chanceskydiver, he recently got hold of a Hoover Ecologic A8582, he's willingly doing a swap deal with me, he's replacing the seized drum bearings on the Ecologic for me, then he'll give me the Ecologic A8582 (see link below), he'll get my Logic Premier A8576, (see pic).
He agreed to do the swap because I prefer the Ecologic, as I grew up with an Ecologic A3954 & the matching Ecologic D6722, plus, the A8582 has the drum with the SensorSpray turquoise paddles.
