So a wild cat came up to our house and he's really sweet but appears fly fights with something and I saw him tonight and I saw THIS on his ear
Please note:
I apologize in advance for the picture quality because he wouldn't hold still.

Vet. Now. Could be anything from ringworm to something more serious. Ringworm easily spreads to humans.

I doubt it's ringworm... Or it could be

I live in a wooded area, plus there's 200+ acres of woods behind my house, so there's this really annoying fox that i think he fights against , and earlier he had something in a close area of his ear that looked like a claw dug into.

And don't wait! Call around to find a humane shelter that will come out to trap feral cat. You don't want to mess around with possible rabies infection or worse! Do the right thing. If it costs $100, what difference will that make 5 years from now? You'll know in your heart and conscience.

Good luck, I've been down this road before with no regrets.

Poor Guy got his ear munched. If he was mine and it was not all the way through his ear I'd peroxide the wound and leave him be to heal.(mine are vacced, even the feral rodent control). If you are unsure about Rabies, it's vet time. Now.
