I have recently got myself a big box of surf powder detergent because I wanted to try it out now that it passed from Sun to Henkel.
The opinion? Garbage!
Scent is very similar to what the Suncorp one smelled like, I noticed that they made it even less sudsing to suit top and front which was not a bad thing at the time I was using it in a front loader abd-h axis and was just right...
The problem? Beside lacking of good enzymes they took out the percarbonate in it.
The stains on the whites just stayed there and the white I got was merely due to oba's. Fake white.
Also advertised to be though on odors ( like surf historically was when it was Unilever) too bad that without oxygen just doesn't do a good job for odors because it doesn't kill bacterias so the cause of odors!
I understand that is cheap detergent and that Henkel now got meat on the fire with persil but why downgrading it this much?

It is merely reduced to one of those multipurpose powders sold in buckets good for floors dishes walls laundry (light soiled) and whatever you want to clean with it but to me laundry detergent is just another thing than this plain surfactant garbage. Dirt and stains are much more than grease to be cut.
