Hi everyone,
I've been lurking around for a bit & decided to introduce myself. I'm not a laundry collector, but I must say I've enjoyed looking at all of your pics of the old machines. I do have a couple of old mixers that I love. A model 12 mixmaster & an older KA from when Hobart still made them. I especially love the mixmaster because it's just like the one my mom had & just turning it on takes me back to when I was a kid & helped Mom make cookies & cakes. I recently tried the juicer for the first time & was surprised how well it worked! I have just added to my small collection an old Waring Blendor I'm hoping someone here will know something about. I've seen plenty of the "beehive" style, but I can't find any info about this "art deco" style. I did find a recipe booklet dated 1947 with the same blendor on the front & that's the only clue I've found. Thanks!
