Well, we're having to move, and it's looking more & more like I can't take it with me . I'm desperate to keep it from the junkyard. At the moment I'm fairly certain it needs a new motor - about $75 - $120. White w/the nice turquoise agitator. I'll post pics if anyone's interested.

December of 1960. Not sure if the tub is going or if it needs a good cleaning. Great project machine for the adventurous!

It needs a good cleaning; the tub was full when the motor went out. We've got extremely hard water down here; the usual routine is to run hot water with about a quart of white vinegar, let it set for an hour, and then run through the longest cycle.
