So here's the situation:
Have a stackable Bosch Axxis washer and condensing dryer kit.
The washer gave up the ghost (one of the spindle arms that holds the drum) - repairs not worthwhile given that machine is 7 years old.
I want a washer that heats the water, which means Miele, Bosch or AEG.
Since I'm not impressed with the fact that my high-end washer didn't even make it past 8 years, I'm not rewarding Bosch with another purchase.
Miele is changing over their entire laundry line, which means there are no Miele washers to be had in Ontario until January or February 2016 (yeah - I couldn't believe it either!). Living in the country, I'm not doing coin laundry for that extent of time.
That leaves AEG, which runs on 220 or 240V, meaning you must plug the washer into the dryer or install a separate circuit (I'm looking at the L64850 by the way).
PROBLEM: The AEG washer does not plug into my Bosch dryer! What's a girl to do?
I don't want to replace a dryer that is still working fine and I'd rather not have to put in a new circuit for the washer.
QUESTION: Is there some gizmo or other brainiac way that allows me to plug the AEG washer into the Bosch dryer, preferably without voiding the warranty?
