hey guys, does anyone know where to find and how to replace a hoover 1100F sump hose? as mine has developed a bad leak sadly

What is an 1100F?
If it is Australian made, I'd have one. (good used.)
If it is what I think it is, it's a Beko with Hoover badges. I wouldn't have that part, but they were also sold as a Fisher and Paykel in moderately large numbers so parts should be around.
Post a photo of the ID plate and of the hose. I can compare a photo and see if I have a match.

It looks like it is an Aussie machine. I'd have spare hoses for that. Should be the same as Zodiac and Electra models. Some hoses have the removable plug for catching coins, others just have a rubber moulded coin catcher - all one piece with the hose. Either will work fine.

Unscrew two clamps (one each end), remove old hose, transfer clamps to new hose, refit.
Couldn't be easier.
Clamps are probably screw clamps, but might be springy wire clamps - in which case, squeeze the wire ends together with a pair of pliers (multi-grips are good) which expands the wire clamp enough to slide it down the hose, allowing you to remove the hose.
Can you please post a photo of the damaged hose, in position, on your machine.
If I have a matching hose, and I almost certainly do, you can have it free, just pay the postage.

But if you’re wondering why there is duct tape holding the pump in place, it’s cause when this machine was moved I don’t know how but the little pump clips that hold the pump in place broke

So I’ve got the photo, I just can’t be bothered pushing the machine over so you can get a photo of the underside of that’s okay
