Well its time for tea before we push on for the final stage, you might have noticed that we are one down at this point,
Nurse Lee was overcome by many fumes and was last seen legging it back to Powys past the Hoover factory with some purple thingy!!

Selected an 1100rpm spin for a test and it roared into life, bit noisy until the brushes bed in but a lot smoother!!

Now to clean up the door rim and fit the new rubber door boot!!

Door boot fitted and test wash commencing, we selected 40, 60 & 95 d wash programmes , all thermostats clicked in and all working okay, just had to tweek the water levels on the pressure vessel.

Then a few door paint touch ups after the rust treatment and nearly there!!

After having another leak we needed to swap out the soap dispenser for a new one and re-seal the dispenser to tub hose!!

Well there we are, another Hoover restored to glory, thanks to everyone who took part Gary, Mathew, Lee, Harry the dog and Richard & Ben for those motorway services meet ups to transport the machines from Leeds to Cardiff and back via Stafford!!

I will leave it to Richard to post the final pic of the Hoover A3110 washing machine back in its rightful place - and pretty good it looks in situ!!
