Hoover Constellation Hose wanted-any condition

Hey All,

I'm in need of a hose for a Hoover Constellation 454. This is a side mounting hose.

What I actually need is the end piece that connects to the machine itself. The hose end. However, I will take an entire hose. Good or bad. Any Color. It can be taped up and in bad shape as long as the machine connector end is still good.

If anyone has one I'd be grateful!

I was amazed to find a replacement hose for my Spirit for MUCH less than Hoover priced it. The handle angle doesn't get it as far under furniture as the original, but for 1/3 the price I can't complain. Alas, can't quote where I got my replacement but it didn't take much searching.

IINM, Constellation is a spot older than Spirit. Eh? Might be a bugaboo.

Yes, I think the Spirit is from the Celebrity QS era. The Constellation is much older. Replacement parts are non-existent. I can get hoses and parts for the new Constellations, but the parts and hook-ups are different and therefore, non-compatible.

So, I have to scour sites and beg for assistance since I can't find anything usable.

My last resort is to buy a whole Constellation and salvage the hose from it. Which it looks like I may have to do.
