All of that is possible in my haier front loaders

setting to delicate in cottons cycle is about 15 min more or less

synthetic cycle I think the second line on my timer knob

wool/delicate probably the entire wash portion of the cycle

I am confident that the organization that Sarah speaks of working with would be able to reach out appropriately to Ecolab (and may well be told go away) but they are in the business of selling hygiene and cleaning chemicals to businesses small and large.
