Hello all

I got my new dishwasher about 10 days ago, internet was messing up so couldn't post on aw.org till today.

I use it every day, and even daily wash gives dry dishes in 1 hour 5 mins and they're sparkling even with 12 plates on bottom rack, 12 mugs and couple a bowls on upper rack plus 6 tumblers. I've used normal, daily and speed 25 which is really quick n effective when in a hurry.

I'll post pics once i've got them.

This model is TOL and 12 programs, its really good, better than neighbours zanussi and aunts bosch from what she saw when eatin at mine. BTW_ she has bosch logixx and other aunt has zanussi timeline.

BTW- all pictures are taken when machine was being loaded so that explains the food remains on door, although its little

ahhh.... i also was thinking that but wasn't sure so didn't say anything.

It works really well, its really silent too. i loaded it nearly full and putit on 1 hour 5 mins (daily 60) with finish tabs, it worked great and they were soiled but eveything was sparkling and dry, even plastcis.

It does indeed look very Bosch, especially the bottom basket, cutlery basket, filters, spray arm and associated feed pipe-work.

Great machine

Hey
I'm a big fan of hotpoint --even the Indesit ones lol
I own a hotpoint FDW80g
I really do drive this machine into the ground
As a couple of people no I have a big family so all appliences are always on
Owned my dishwasher for 4 years and has been suberb
I have had hotpoint out a few times to fit a new upper rack ring nut seal which conects the spray arm pipe to the back of the machine.
Engineer says it is due to using the intensive cycle all the time and over using.. I disagree.lol
My question is : is the seal still in the new models and how is the filter as the one on mine does let small bits of food into the pump which I have had to take apart and clean.
And does the normal cycle have a cold prewash.
Can u tell me way the quick wash constists.
I ave been wanting this model since they came out but just have not got the time to go out and find out all the things I need to no lol
Cheers Amar

I have 6 in my house so thats pretty busy too, with grandparents +2 sometimes then guests as we are always happy for guests. LoL

My sparay arm seal seems different to the fdw80 as my cosins neighbour has white one, this one is more durable i'd say. The filter is too good because it doesn't even ,et dust through, i know that because i washed my glass display shelf as it was a bit dusty.

The daily 60 is a main wash then a 6 min rinse or less, then final 20 mins rinse. (if you press tabs, then its 1 hour 5 mins, instead of 1 hour)

The other quick wash is more for lightly soiled as its only 25 mins but does a good job, used it yesterday morning- just to check it out. That takes 25 mins and 35 with tabs. Thats just a main wash and rinse.

Hope it helps, morre questions welcomed.

BTW- I wanted a fdw80 graphite when it came out, its got 8 programs right?
mines got 12, so maybe its good that i waited as dishwashers last very long with me. As the old DF31 is at grans now, still fully working without repairs etc.

Nice machine there! Im still unsure about Silver / Graphite appliances. Im my mind appliances should be white but I guess im just not "Moving with the times". It does look good though.

We have a Silver / Graphite chest freezer in the garage and ive always been unsure about it but we couldn't get white. Saying that though I think if all appliances are the same colour regardless of what it is then its a great look.

we had white forever before, but now everything is going grpahite with the worktop, hotpoint ultima fridge/freezer 2 metres tall and 60cm wide. Hotpoint ultima dishwasher graphite too and silver sharp microwave etc.

Only washer is white but its not in kitchen so any colour works, its in utility room/basement.
