Austin, you are suppose to suck the juices out of the head, I don't reckon there is much meat in that little head. Kinda like the crab...wasted body meat. etc...
Tail meat is about the only thing I eat off of mud bugs. Oh man, that is some good eats too. Crawfish etouffe! Yum.
Have you ever tried the frozen crawfish tails from HEB? They are good! (Yeah I know, not fresh)
Steve, mop sauce is BBQ sauce, mopped on, with a little mini mop we Texans use to brush our meats. Moppin' the meat, it holds alot of sauce, and you just, slop it on. LOL
It actually looks like a mini-mop.

Frozen crawfish is good to cook with like in an etouffee. Does y'alls frozen crawfish come from China, or Louisiana? The LA crawfish is better because you know some drunk Cajun picked them outta his rice field.

I think the bricks have holes in them so that mortar/concrete that is used helps to bond them.

Most brick have core holes that aid in the manufacturing process and improve bonding in the wall. When the mortar-bed side of brick will show such as in fireplace hearths, sills, wall-end caps, you will need a solid - a brick without the holes.
