Yes, long story-short: I keep them in the basement in that cool, dry place but very rarely do they never rot before I go through a whole bag—and here we eat plenty of spuds!

Sadly, they go in my dad’s compost pile, after he bravely weeds out the good ones and is satisfied with whatever edible portions…

store in an open brown paper bag, maybe only a dozen per bag....

in a pantry or dark basement with minimal humidity, usually best from 45 to 60 degree temps usually best
