i found a video on youtube that showed how to replace the thrust bearing, and instructions came with the thrust bearing....im pretty sure I did it right, there was a certain alignment that the white part needed to meet up with one the pulley and it looked like it was all lined up right, and the kit came with lubricant for it which I used...I had the whole machine apart when I fixed the thrust bearing because I had to replace the snubber as well...
