:-O i dont know what problems your having but I got in, I couldnt find the Danby video though, I had a look at some others though and one machine in paticular was a Haier Frontloader the "xqb-50", it looks remarkably like my old Indesit (italian make) and all that action with a whole lot of water I really like those videos
