When we first moved in we were paying $500.00 a month, but after the landlord's wife took over and found out how much the utility bills were, she dropped it down to $400.00 until it's resided and has new windows installed. I would love to buy the house and completely restore it. But right now it's just not possible. We did a lot after we moved in painting, new tile on the kitchen floor. It's ashame the house was allowed to get in the condition it is in.

sad sad that it has gotten this far, sounds like the landlady is at least reasonable. I suppose re sideing will mean metal or something else that is a cover up rather than a repair. Still for future ref Id make sure she knows youd like first chance
