Stopped in a thrift store today. There was a mini oven/cooktop. Looked like a toaster oven with rod elements and convection setting too. On top were two solid burner elements. Interestingly it only had a two prong 120V plug. I didn't look at the controls that closely, but I would think that burners and oven couldn't run at the same time.
I didn't take a picture, and I can't remember the brand off hand. Seems like it was Bravetti or similar. It looked fairly new, stainless steel. $30.
I think I've seen such things for sale in the UK where they use a 220V current, but I've never seen one here before.
