For an old set, that is near the price when new...half that price and if in good order would be a great set to have....spares readily available!!

Well My Complaint

Is this set languished on fleaBay when it was being sold somewhere in the Mid-West (want to say around Chicago or some such), then it finally sold for much less than it is being listed now. Now it is further out West, is being listed for more money *and* using the same snaps as the original auction.

Whole thing has a whiff about it if you ask me, and it is stronger than Kippers.

Maybe the seller does not know that these machines are from the 1990s. If someone was building a collection of front load washers from across the pond, these might be wanted, but seeing as how there is little support for these machines now in the US, buying a pair this old for everyday use would not be the wisest thing to do. Even a Miele from that time would not fetch that price considering parts availabilty and improvements in efficiency.
