I would love to have a can of this just for display. Will have to go looking around. I was happy to finally find some Scrapple, and had some this morning. Don't ask, don't tell...people down here in the South have no idea what it is, but I got into it while living in Maryland. I think it's more a "northern" thang.

Years ago I collected various old original fruit & vegetable (crate)labels. My favorite was the "Gay Cock". Very colorful label, but can't remember what veggie or fruit it was for.

Yes, Suet is kidney fat. It must be available in the UK, it's also used in Christmas Puddings. Here's a recipe. And yes, there are prunes in this recipe mr Jetcone. Shriveled if you want.
