I'm as excited as you are, I can't wait to see them! I hope you fall in love with them- I have the Maytag Dryer and it dries FAST. Absolutely love it to the point I decided not to trade it in for a SQ dryer.

question for chetlam washerfill hose?

for the new washer should i keep if they fit the actual fill hose on current duet washer or should new fill hose be purchase and what would be the best was looking on the Canadian tire website and should the dryer connector connecting to the outside exhaust be repplace as well with a new dryer thank you in advance for recommandation

Well from what I've seen on youtube

just absolutely don't overload it and you should be OK.

My dryer has auto dry too (similar to this dryer) I LOVE IT. We had a discussion of auto dry vs sensor dry. From what I understand, auto dry just "guestimates" but it's guestimation is pretty good. Not perfect. You have to sort of play around with it do get a feel of where to turn the dial to get best results based on the typical loads you dry.

The reason for getting new hoses is that the old hoses wear out. I'd say get new hoses UNLESS you're like me and turn the hot/cold off at the washer when you're done doing laundry, so if there ever is a burst it won't flood your house. I trained myself to reach back and turn them off because the hoses on my Duet are the age of the machine, which is almost 17 yrs. It says on the hoses to replace after 5 years. LOL. Anyway, I'm not sure which are the best hoses.

OMG... are you really sure you want this washer?

It kinda.... SUCKS!

Ok, I'm exaggerating and being too generous....

It's the worst washer I've ever owned. DEPRESSIVE wash action.

Watching lawn growing is more exciting....

It's slow... horribly slow... the heavy duty looks like delicate. and it simply doesn't clean at all.

I was hoping you would be able to have the dryer fixed. That would've been my first choice personally. Otherwise I would've just kept the washer at least. It doesn't make much sense in my opinion to replace the whole set while one of them still works fine than the other. Last year my brother purchased a Maytag that performs just like the one you're planning on getting, they're not impressed. It takes twice as long to wash compare to their old top loader they used to have. Cleans poorly. The washer costed them more than their other one they bought previously. And they're not expecting it to last for very long. Anyways, I also hope you'll like them. Who knows, maybe you might like them afterall. But honestly, I'm not sold on the wash action of the washer from that video you shared.
