It's time to get organized -- Tucson wash-in, Texas style :-)

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I wanna go but I don't know if I'll have the time off, though I may be off permanently by then with any luck. There are no direct flights from here to Tuscon, only Phoenix, how long a drive is it from Tuscon to Phoenix. If I want to fly in I have to dance around to LA Denver or Seattle and change planes and I hate that sort of stuff. Or,, who flies from Phoenix to Tuscon that I can check out on the web.

Oy. That's all I'll say, I'm sure you can think the rest. thank god I have plenty of testosterone.

And wasn't there a cajun type hit song called don't mess with my tutu?

If it won't bother anyone if I come...

I might be able to make it to the wash in, but I would need to know when it would happen to be sure and make sure I don't plan anything else.

I am planning on being there Steve. I got to see all three guys collections when I was there in November and I know that anyone who attends won't be disappointed. Another plus will be seeing Roger's collection of vacuums, very very impressive besides his laundry collection. A great time will be had by all!! Terry

Pete perhaps you should "dance" into LA, and come visit me, and we can leave from here!

Whatever you do, avoid "dancing" around Denver. It will snow, you will sit there for 2 days (if you're lucky like I was you'll get a bus that will carry you downtown to a hotel) and then you'll stand in line for 5 hours to be rebooked, only to find out that the next flight to your destination is the following Tuesday, and it's only Thursday, and you'll wind up turning around and going home. I've been stuck there twice.

Yes, I did fly through Denver once more after that in August. I took great sarcastic pleasure during my hour layover telling everyone I could how I'd noticed that it wasn't snowing for a change. ;-)

And buried amongst the innuendo...

...are the dates :-D

March 31, April 1-3. That's not carved in stone; show up when you can and we'll love to have you. The 31st, 1st, and 2nd are wash-in days at the various locations (Ross', Roger's, Nate's); the last day is for general frolicking and the purchasing of phosphated detergents :-D.

We know a lot of you may need to come late or leave on Sunday, but we'll do our darnedest to make it maximally entertaining.

(And I'm sorry I got this posted this morning, rather than last night.)

Where should we stay?

Nate:

I asked Ross (on the thread in the Imperial forum) where the best Hampton/Hilton, etc. would be that was centrally located to your three homes? Any suggestions? Can't wait....excited already. Say YAY for wash-ins! This one will be fun...I don't have to cook! LOL

Venus :-D
