If Maytag was around today and continued to churn out reliable/durable products like they did from the 20's to the mid 80's, I'd get a Maytag tattoo as well. I'd probably get the older 50's/early 60's cursive style Maytag lettering though.

Whirlpool changed the Maytag logo this year on all their machines-- so you have the real deal.

my wife would kill me...totally against tattoos. Especially having a Deep Action Agitator engraved on my "Pramataki" (ask Toggleswitch what that means if you can't figure it out)

At the local VW Club, a 18 year old guy had a big VW logo tattooed on the middle of his forehead. He thought it was great!

I've thought about the red Maytag logo (script) as a tattoo but I'm getting to near the horror-show stage of tattoo art now!

I think Tattoo's are a great way to identify people in death.
It makes the search and rescue so easy.
Unless they are in their age is 60's+. Then you can't tell what the heck they were meant to be. Usually the "owner" if still alive does not remember what the original thought was.

Take up art. Paint your frustrations. Don't put it on your body as a ticket value. In this situation, it will lower your value in more ways than one.... Hey...! My own opinion!
But, if you are to do it....I think someone needs to do the Vintage Commercial Maytag Ticket. On their wrist.
