"junking"scrap appliances :)

when I get ones that that are damaged,beyond repair worth,or just too nasty...I get the rechargeable impact driver,drill,sawzall,hand tools and "go to town"on the disassembly debris separated into 4 piles:
-1 specific spare parts salvaged for repair use.
-2 repurposeable parts and materials:motors,fans,sheetmetal,ETC
-3 recyclable metals:aluminum and copper I keep,steel and iron goes to dump for recycle there.
-4 plastic and other materials go into dumpster.

a bunch of ovens and ranges junked today

-1985 Amana range-mousy,(built like a tank)
-1987 Maytag-mousy
-1986 KM-beat up
-1993 KM-beat up
-1993 Jenn-air:nice condition,nobody wanted.
-2004 KM-yellowed white plastic,nobody wanted.had a couple cool little oven lights.
Lots of good parts and materials recovered
