Ben and I were cleaning out my basement last night to clear space for a legit washer/dryer "room" (with actual hookups) so things were getting thrown into the backyard, including this Frigidaire dryer cabinet that's been taking up space.

So...I just had to know... what would it look like in the trunk of the '59? Something like this:

Wow, the trunk is HUGE, especially when you think about the size of a Frigidaire dryer!

AWESOME '59 by the way...the styling just can't be beat, especially those tail fins! Am I correct that yours is a Coupe DeVille?

Cavernous Cadillac!

Whoa Cory! Next you'll be trying to stuff a Foodarama in that trunk (and I'll bet it will hold it)!

Hey Cory, I knew that '59 trunk was so huge that you could fit a washer or dryer in it! How cool is that, a fun vintage car and appliance mover at the same time.

I know whoe to call now if I need my Foodarama moved again! lol

I love your '59. Absolutely gorgeous!! And I love black.

Holy freaking fins! That is one awesome car, man. Absolutely gorgeous. I know this isn't a car site, but I wouldn't mind a few more pics of that beauty. Plus, I was born in '59, so I'm partial to cars of that vintage...

Cory found a 1959 Escalade! Bet that 1953 Bendix combo would have fit in that trunk with room to spare! That is so funny! (:
