The warranty document references:  To obtain warranty coverage stated below, return defective product with proof of original sale to a Kenmore (Transformco) authorized retailer from which purchased.

The link for use/care manual is non-functional.

To determine who makes Kenmores, they have a code and it's the first three numbers. For example if it starts with 110 like my 90 Series washer, then it was made by Whirlpool. I'd love it if SEBO made vacuums for Kenmore again, doubt it but you can still buy new SEBO vacuums today that are like the Kenmore Professionals and even still get parts for the Kenmore Professionals.

As far as I know they're still owned by Sears but not for much longer cause they went bankrupt again and they're expected to close all the remaining stores down pretty soon. It's possible that the Kenmore brand would be put up for auction or be sold just like with Craftsman.

The model numbers cited on the above web listing and also Kenmore.com aren't in full syntax including the source code.  Once would need to examine the tag directly on a machine.  I don't recall that Sears ever cited full model numbers on their website, only truncated catalog or stock numbers.

There are three Whirlpool-sourced washer models at Kenmore.com and these two which clearly aren't WP.  Maybe Samsung, maybe something else.

Screen caps from the KM site video.  It's, of course, not a true triple-action agiator.  They call-out the basket indexing as part of the wash action.

It’s Midea

It would appear that these washing machines are produced by Midea. After doing some digging, it would appear that this is the same design used in the new Frigidaire Top Load washers and in Midea’s own machines. I can’t speak for their quality/longevity, but the handful of people I’ve known that have owned older Midea Top Loaders have not really hated them. Wash action appeared to be decent, but the spin cycle left a bit to be desired. I’m curious to see if Midea made any changes with this new generation of appliances to correct the complaints everyone had about the older models. Certainly seems like they're trying to become a strong competition in the appliance market.

I had a Comfee portable washer about a year ago to play around with and the wash plate design looks the same. This is like the top of the line GE agitator washer that gives you a choice of water levels and soil levels.... Would like to see how this thing actually washes

I'm curious how Midea will turn out. They've got some tempting looking ranges out right now. I can tell that they are serious about competing with Whirlpool and GE. If they are durable enough they can become a common brand among consumers.

Menards has been using Midea for years. I don't have a ton of knowledge, but I know that all of their Criterion appliances are Midea made, and having worked as a delivery coordinator for one of their Ohio stores, we sold a ton of them. We sold the refrigerators and their laundry appliances the most, and very seldom had anything returned. The only appliances I can recall coming back consistently were their upright freezers as they were having issues with the units not sealing. But right around that time we were having issues with Whirlpool upright freezers coming back in droves too.
