Kirkland laundry detergent

I've been using Windfresh powder detergent in my 1985 Maytag top loader for 20 years now and it's not been a problem.
And before that, I used it for 11 years in my Kenmore/Whirlpool portable top load washer with no issues either.
So, 31 years of that detergent has not done anything but get my wash loads nice and clean.

Have you disassembled your machine to directly observe the condition of the "under the hood" areas of the outer tub, spin basket, and agitator that aren't normally visible, where mineral deposits and soil/greasy residue accumulate and don't get rubbed off by the sloshing clothes?
