4 way hydrosweep???
I too, thought of the thermal fuse, but if you have the hydrosweep arm in it, you will probably find that a piece of glass is wedges in the pump and has caused it to blow that fuse. It is easy to clean out by removing the washarm and the filter assembly. Therre are numerous videos on this on Youtube. And then see what is going on. Surprisingly, the soft food disposer is designed to slip if it catches anything it cannot handle and it usually makes a really terrible noise when it does.
You will have to vacuum the water out and then take it apart and see if the pump will turn by hand. If not, then you will probably have to remove the pump and see what the story is. It comes out easily (more vids on youtube) but it would be easiest to remove the machine from under the counter to work on the motor.
Go to Whirlpool or Kitchenaid.com or Sears.com/parts and download the parts manual and that will help you see how the pump is installed and what parts go where.
If you remove the front panel, you will find the technician service procedures which will explain much of what goes on wheen the machine is running and how the cycles all work.
Since the machine is new, you can call for warranty service, but they may charge you if they find glass in the motor.
Of course, you can always come back here.
