don't know much about this since the photo is so poor, and if it is a Lady Kenmore and older, it's not looking too old...but here it is, free:

It's a Lady Kenmore electronic Ultrawash from the mid-to late 1980s. Friends had one in their kitchen. When the control panel and electronic died at about age 4-6 years of age, they replaced it with a Maytag MDB4000 (mechanical) dishwasher.

meaning....this one, if working, has been repaired a number of times, perhaps or isn't one of the better LK dishwashers ?

It's an UltraWash (WP PowerCean), takes the chrome off a trailer hitch. Best cleaning dishwasher ever made.
