Up date.

Program now finished, used the last PCB I made to prefect the manufacturing processes, then used it to evaluate the program by out puts indicated by the LED’s and the responses from the inputs, step by step, all seems to work as expected.

Next is to construct three new PCB’s, one for the front with the switches on and two for behind the front panel to control relays and the inputs from stats and pressure switch.

Block diagrams of the programs following.

Now all I need is some warm weather, so I can get on in the garage, doesn’t look like it in the next week or so, more snow for Wednesday!!!

R H&C?!

Have you set any program with a "warm" last (you call it SF) rinse!? I mean... at least for WWcycle or anyway you call modern fabrics cycles

Good the lower wash action during the heating phase. I wonder how it would be a BIO cycle... allow the customer set a timed NN phase after HEATING 40C, becomign SG...

GREAT! Don't you mind if I try the program chart to be performed on mine?
THANKS!

Never thought of using warm water in the last rinse, suppose I’m used to machines using cold water for this.

The lower wash action during heating comes from the early Hotpoint’s.

The pump and tumble followed by distribute and a short spin, lengthening with each rinse comes from some early Zanussi machines.

I don’t mind you using the charts, at lest one of us may get it to work!!!!

Not sure about that, there is a 12 second gap between the motor switching off to the pump switching off, so it might just still be rotating.

Have toyed with the idea of during the fist drain of the wash water and after the first rinse, allowing the pump to run and energise the cold water at the same time to wash out the soap sudz for 24 seconds.

This program is going to change like the wind.

how do Lee.

Am really looking forward to seeing the finished article.

All the time and effort placed into this project - bet you are really eager to see the resulsts. Great to see it all starting to come together with the board mounting.

All power to you.

Cheers
