7 bomb blasts have gone off around London this morning, including 6 on the London Underground, and 1 on a double-decker bus. Two have at least died with many more injuries, hospitals have gone into emergency status.

All underground and bus networks through London have been suspended, and has caused mass chaos in the streets of Central London. There are even thoughts that at least one of these was a suicide bombing.

Thoughts are that this is the work of Al Q'aeda... however no claims have yet been made, although Arab sources have revealed a page on Al Q'aeda's website referring to London bombs.

Very well timed, seeming as London won the Olympic bid yesterday, and also seeming as the G8 summit is about to be held at this current moment in time. The G8 meeting has been cancelled as far as I know, with Tony Blair heading back towards London.

Deepest sympathy over bomb blasts

Jon,
I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to the British people
over the bombings.
The evil bastards who did this have absolutely no sense of decency and nor do they care for fellow human beings, they are truly the scum of the earth and the sooner we are rid of them the better the world will be.
Take care of yourself and I truly hope you and your family are safe.
Steve.

Ditto Pulsatron!

Jon:

Unfortunately, there is evil all around us. How ironic (and hypocritic)that people preach violence and murder in the name of religion. I can't imagine any God condoning the slaughter of fellow human beings to advance their philosophy. In the end, it's all about power and oppression.

My prayers are with you, your family, and the rest of the English people for safety, strength, and healing.

Take care my young friend -

Venus

I believe there are two camps in this world one of good and one of evil. Occaisonally we see just how hard the evil side is working. Satan never rests, and neither do his helpers.

My prayer is that the Lord will wrap you and yours in a cloak of saftey and comfort and keep you all well.

Best wishes,
Steve Riley

Enquiring E-mails

Many thanks for your enquiring e-mails I`ve had this morning,

My partner is usually in London Wed to Fri (meetings in Russell Square) each week and his meeting was cancelled late yesterday due to client illness...

We were feeling miffed at losing out on billable work ....

God works in mysterious ways, not always noticable at first.

Thoughts & Prayers to all those people affected.

Regards

Mike

Mike and John I am very relieved to the hear you guys are safe and sound. When I got into the car this morning and heard live reports from London, the first thing I thought of was you and John and others we know from the UK.

All of my English friends know me too well!

I've had emails from all of them, even though the one closest to London isn't very close at all- he's near Coventry, which is pretty north of London.

This is sad and sobering.

Tomorrow isn't promised to anyone.

I am grateful to hear from them, anyway, and grateful to hear from Jon and Mike.

What we're seeing today is just how much Satan hates the world, pure evil, nothing less.
My thoughts and prayers are with our UK friends today. Be safe, and be careful.

Mike and Jon and all our other UK friends are the first ones that came to mind this morning when I heard the reports. I am so thankful to hear that you are both OK. Know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Terry

So sorry to hear of this sad news! I have been listening to the BBC this morning for all the details. I am glad that our friends from the UK are all ok. Jon,you and the people of the UK are in my thoughts and prayers.
Rick

Terrorist Scum

I'm sorry to hear about these horrible events, but I'm relieved that no one here was involved and everyone is OK. Mike, Jon, and everyone else in the UK, my thoughts & prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear of this Jon. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your fellow countrymen.

Re: Sick Minded People:

Jon, Mike and everyone else over there, my Heart goes out to you, your Relatives and Friends and my Prayers for your Safety. I just don't know whats happening with our World. It would certainly be a much better place, if everyone could all get along instead of having Hatered in their thinking.

I do so hope that you all stay well and safe and away from harms way, of these horrible Terrorists.

Peace, Love of Friendship, Prayers and Hug's, Steve

OMG! I rarely watch or listen to news broadcasts so I didn't hear about this until I read the thread. Relieved to hear our pals across the pond are OK, and am sending good thoughts your way.

Glad to hear our UK webfriends are safe and sound! I hope London can return to 'normal' as soon as possible; so many people rely on the bus/undergrounds system to get around. Our thoughts are with all of you, and we send all the positive vibes we can muster!

I felt horrible when I heard about what happened in London. I have a friend that I met when I was in Dunoon, Scotland who is currently living in London and I was really worried. Fortunately she is okay. And I'm glad to hear that you are okay.

London is such a beautiful place (I was there for only 3 days) and I can just picture in my mind what it must of been like.

My deepest sympathies for those who lost someone.
