I have been reading this message board for a couple of years ... I don't have any vintage appliances yet, but hope to one day. Does anyone know anything about this ... I've never seen one before!!

There used to be a couple of makers of those . Called them kitchenettes or combo-kitchens. We used to have them in the railroad cabooses but I can't remember the name of that maker. Here's a link to a current supplier

Use to see them in motels that offered extended stays for travelers. Rooms were offered with "kitchenettes".

Had one in white...

in a small cottage behind a former house we had on Lake Champlain once. Worked fine for week-end visitors and such, but would be a bit confining for everyday use, except in the most spartan of circumstances.

Ikea was marketing one maybe five years ago, probably only for a year or so.

I remember a seeing really cool black one with a cover in a motel in Dearborn MI maybe 15 years ago, I think it was screwed shut unfortunately.
