Here is an answer to a question that came up in this thread. People gave the metal piece attached to the driven end of the shaft of the pump, which I gave the descriptive name of a cap various names. It is "officially" called a drive plate. GE never sold the part separately, but there is a nearly identical one on the motor that could be purchased. GE's description of that part as the lower drive plate makes the part on the pump the upper drive plate.
