Looking for motor to a Hobart KitchenAid A-9 Coffee Mill

I purchased a Hobart KitchenAid A-9 Coffee Mill, it works, but I'm not happy with the motor. LOTS of black powder everywhere inside the motor and the wiring looks like its about done. I have a very basic knowledge of motor workings but I've never rebuild or rewired them. My understanding is the black powder is from the brushes wearing down. If I can find them, I will replace them, as that seems easy enough.

So - looking for a good motor for the Hobart/KA grinder.

Any help, advice, or leads would be greatly appreciated.
