Cooked up a pound of Italian sausage, chopped up an onion and a bell pepper, tossed it all together in the ol' Infinite Circulon 12-incher (WITHOUT any grease or oil), dumped in a half-dozen beaten eggs and topped the whole thing with a half-pound of shredded Mozzarella. Threw it into a 350 degree oven for a half-hour and let it sit for 5 minutes. Felt adventurous, so I loosened the edges and slid it onto a cutting board.

Cut it into wedges and showered 'em with Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Next one's gonna have a taco theme.

Watta Frittata!

Just like my traditional Italian grandma used to make. Except she made hers with vegetables and left out the so-yummy and not so healthy sausage and cheese.
My mouth is watering just looking at that golden brown beauty....Serve 'em up, Joe!

Joe, i swear, your Saturday morning breakfasts always look so darn incredible and delicious. I'm gonna show up at your doorstep one of these saturdays and join y'all for breakfast!!

Looks lovely....

BUT, I have to say that there is no wonder it slid right on out with a pound of sauteed Italian sausage in it AND a pound of mozzerella....

May I come for dinner please?

Move over, I'm gonna roll in it!

Oh lordy that looks and sounds good. Its too bad I have no hair, it would prosper with a diet rich in protien, cassien and fat.

Well I think hell just froze over. This is the very first time I've posted a picture of anything I've cooked. But Joe inspired me and I made this tonight for dinner. 6 eggs, a pound of maple flavored breakfast sausage cooked, a little bit of milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, choopped onion, a large flour tortilla (bnrrito size) torn up, and the same amount of mozzeral cheese as Joe's. Cooked sausage and onion. Beat eggs with milk and melted butter. Put sausage in this 10" round casserole dish. Tor up tortilla. Poured egg mixture over all. Topped with cheese and baked a 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cooled for 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
