In the home, anything with 5 or more burners requires an outside vented hood..this would be great in those kitchens for McMansion owners who don't cook
Looks so much like a restaurant kitchen range.Think of the gas line needed to run that thing-kinda neat though-but don't cook THAT much at once.Guess if you had to have that at home--you hosted a LOT of parties!
Well whatever the things ran on propane, or at least that is what the serial plate states. Not sure one would want the amount of liquified natural gas it would take to use this thing daily stored around my home.
I think that is a fair price. If I was closer and had room, I'd buy it. Just what I need, another big stove to go with my Roper T&C and Chambers Imperial! The market for these is limited and they often sell for cheap.
And yes, residential installation will require modifications: outside venting and the stove will have to be further insulated - many old commercial ranges were designed to be free standing and had little or no insulation on the sides or back, fire hazard in residential homes where a stove is shoehorned into the cabinets.
