Lookin good.. Meatballs are one of my faves. One thing I started doing when I do make them is instead of browning in a pan is I put them on a cookie sheet and into the oven.. Now I'm thinking "parchment paper" would be even better, I think you used it when you made the meatloaf video which I tried, that was good meatloaf, in fact they'd make good meatballs as well.
