Manning Bowman Toaster Oven/Broiler

I just picked this up for $7.99 at Savers today.  I liked it because it's hardly used and the tray glides in and out very smoothly, and I'm kind of a sucker for flippable types of oven/broilers.  Sorry for this first blurry picture.  I don't get why my camera does that sometimes.  Better ones of the sides below.  Comments and/or shared knowledge about MB would be much appreciated.

"MB Means Best" - that was their slogan for many years. Congrats on the find, it looks like a really clean unit. These are great for making sandwiches!

For a long time,

Manning-Bowman was a Connecticut based company, and their goods were excellent.
They were about the same level as Sunbeam or Universal. They made a lot of percolator sets-(tray, sugar, and creamer.) Their waffle irons were nicely finished, and now command premium prices.

This is later production, but still much better quality than most new today.
